Last week, as a member of FLY LOGISTICS’ operations team, I had the privilege of leading the training for new employees at the WCL SCM branch in Shenzhen Qiancheng Center. This training aimed to help the new team members quickly integrate into the company, understand our business model and platform rules, and prepare for their future roles.
Overview of FLY LOGISTICS’ Business Model
The training began with a detailed explanation of FLY LOGISTICS’ business model. As an international logistics freight forwarder, we offer one-stop logistics solutions, including ocean freight, air freight, land transportation, and multi-modal transport. We also provide value-added services such as procurement agency, warehousing, packaging, customs clearance, and insurance to support our clients comprehensively.
- Ocean Freight: We offer both FCL (Full Container Load) for large shipments and LCL (Less than Container Load) for smaller shipments, optimizing cost and ensuring timely delivery.
- Air Freight: Our partnerships with multiple airlines allow us to offer fast and secure air freight, tailored to clients’ specific needs.
- Land and Multi-modal Transport: We provide flexible, cost-effective transport solutions by combining road, rail, and sea transport.

The second part of the training focused on our online platform rules. Each new employee received a sub-account for independent use, allowing them to manage customer interactions, generate quotes, respond to inquiries, and create orders.
